Remember This Feeling...
The utter disgust and failure of a “bad” day. It’s so easy to forget in the moment, when the tortilla chips are placed in on the table, and you just DIG IN. Or when you really just want carbs, the satisfying, filling pleasure of eating a huge piece of bread.
NO. Not worth it.
Because after this shit day of eating like a fucking cow, you feel terrible, worthless, unappealing....

i’ve been slacking on posting my food journal… and i think it really helped me be more aware of what i was putting down. so here we go.
breakfast - i’ve started mixing a bit of 0% Fat Greek Yogurt with my plain oatmeal, to make it more filling, plus frozen blueberries for flavor. (156 cal) plus two cups of coffee.

let me just say...
at this point in my life I have myself pretty figured out. and one thing i know is that I have strange eating tendencies… I am one of the healthiest people I know when it comes to what I eat. but I can also be the biggest ‘fat kid’ too. candy, chips, cakes, pie = my biggest weaknesses. Egg "Muffins"
I found this on Pinterest. I’m going to try making it today.
I’m only doing half the recipe (I can’t eat 24 by myself!) It says they are only about 50 calories per cup.
Ingredients:
18 eggs (8 whole, 10 whites)
1 cup chopped veggies (green/red/yellow/ peppers, onions, spinach)
Splash of water
Salt and pepper

1 pound fresh broccoli
